Chip Tait is a Texas-based photographer who specializes in Photography for Real Estate.

Chip is also a licensed real estate salesperson who understands the important role that photography plays in a successful marketing campaign.  He services clients in Austin and Houston with a high degree of professionalism, courtesy and sensitivity.  Each home is unique and is photographed using lighting schemes, composition and post-production techniques designed to highlight its best features.

Along with real estate photography services, Chip has experience in Commercial, Editorial, Portrait and Architectural Photography as well as Documentary Videography.  He has done artwork for album covers, documented product demonstrations, provided photos for commercial web sites and covered the first inauguration of President George W. Bush.

When he’s not “out there recording history,” Chip enjoys day trips throughout Texas, baseball in all of its forms, an ice cold beer and a nice dram of Irish Whiskey.

Chip is married and the proud father of a 14-year-old boy.
